Nanotechnology-finished textiles need to be washed less frequently and at lower temperatures.
Nanotechnology in Furniture
The application of nanotechnology in furniture and other consumer goods to make them stain- and waterproof-resistant is comparable to how it is used in apparel. Less combustible furniture is another application of nanotechnology.

Many different electrical consumer goods use nanotechnology. To make them waterproof, certain contemporary smartphones have been coated with nanoparticles. Additionally, nanotechnology has made flexible screens, transparent electronics, and self-cleaning surfaces possible.
