Kadenwood, LLC has announced the acquisition of EcoGen Laboratories, a leading global manufacturer and supplier of hemp-derived CBD materials and formulation.

FREMONT, CA: Kadenwood, LLC, is a consumer seed-to-shelf CBD organization devoted to promoting trust and transparency in the mainstream wellness category. Recently the company has announced the acquisition of EcoGen Laboratories. It is a leading global manufacturer and supplier of hemp-derived CBD materials and formulations. The agreement will successfully establish Kadenwood as the biggest supplier of vertically integrated, hemp-derived cannabidiol (CBD) in the US. It will also expand the organization’s ability to scale production of its quality-driven CBD products.

The world’s first largest manufacturer of hemp-based ingredients and raw materials, EcoGen, uses sustainable farming practices to ensure that quality CBD products are accessible to mainstream consumers. Moreover, in 2019, the company generated almost $63M in revenue through the sale of CBD so that it can privately label brands and retailers and closed on $40M in private funding before this year to grow its global market.
