FREMONT, CA: Facilio, a provider of AI-driven property operations platform, has announced that ICD Brookfield Place (ICDBP) has been chosen to optimize building performance and deliver real-time operational intelligence. The ICDBP is a joint venture among the Investment Corporation of Dubai (ICD) and Brookfield Properties, is one of Dubai's premier lifestyle and business endpoint.
With almost 4 acres of curated dining, retail, and community space, along with 990,000 square feet of Grade A office space in the heart of Dubai's Commercial Business District, ICDBP has set the benchmark in referring to the transforming wellbeing, environmental, and productivity requirement of the current workforce. ICDBP has chosen Facilio after a general procedure for supporting this objective. Facilio's cloud platform will permit ICDBP to:
