The company is, in fact, Ignition-certified and a platinum integrator for Dynics—a renowned manufacturer and distributor for exhaust and after-treatment emission solutions for the off-road and commercial vehicle industry. AtomTech also develops SQL and C# for automating data collection. It also works with different companies on digital twins to enable more prominent manufacturers to achieve their automation goals.

AtomTech is always committed to ensuring optimal outcomes for clients. The company has a test environment, which can emulate solutions before proposing them to clients. This client-centric approach of AtomTech can be best exemplified by the success story of one of its clients who had a contractual obligation to record data. They were collecting data from the equipment but weren’t acting upon it. This limited their quality improvement processes. AtomTech reviewed the client’s quality systems and added barcode scanners throughout the facility, which allowed them to understand the status of a part at critical points of the process. This improved their overall process quality from 80 percent to 97 percent, reducing the number of products slipping through the quality measure. AtomTech has a patent pending for dynamic HMI software, which allows realtime program editing on the floor or technician level without the help of controls engineers, software, or computer cables. The company currently has 30 deployments of the solution.
